IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY

In case you or your group members wish to cancel the holiday booked with us, then it must be notified in writing only. The date of cancellation will be, however, in any case the date on which we receive the notice. The cancellation letter must be duly signed by the person who signed the confirmation form earlier. The whole process incurs administrative expenses, which is why your booking will not be resold and cancellation charges will apply as per the following scale:

In all cases the above cancellation fees, will be applicable in USD.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING

After you have confirmed your holiday with us and invoice has been issued and now you wish to change the bookings in any way like names of passengers or your accommodation or your departure date, though we will try our best to make these changes but in several cases it may not be possible. Any request regarding changes must be submitted in writing by the person that made the booking. You will also be liable to pay the administration charges as well as other costs incurred during the modification per person according to the changes demanded for. It is also crucial for you to know that there might be increased in costs closer to the arrival date so you must contact us as soon as possible to make these changes.

Using Debit Card

Use of Debit card is not possible, so send us a Bank wire, Western Union or Cash deposit
